The site was purchased in July 2023 with full planning permission for one detached house and a pair of semi-detached houses. We demolished the existing bungalow and developed the approved scheme while incorporating permitted development rights to increase the total square footage.
Construction commenced in late August 2023, with demolition and build works spanning 15 months. Cost efficiencies were achieved through innovative material selection following advice from a cost consultant, resulting in over £100,000 in savings.
